If you are planning any building work consulting an experienced residential architect is a sound investment.

The most common stumbling block for any new development is planning permission. We have an in-depth knowledge of local planning policy & legislation and have an excellent record of obtaining permission for challenging sites, house on farms applications and for unusual design. We work with Planning Service to deliver our schemes. We take development projects of all types through an increasingly complex and ever changing planning process.

We offer a free initial consultation with clients to determine the likely chances of success within the planning system prior to commencing detailed design stage and avoiding unnecessary costs for our clients. We are upfront and will not just take money from our clients if we believe there is little chance of success. We can arrange an initial meeting at the prospective site to discuss your project & to establish the brief. The site will also highlight any planning or design constraints as well as potential opportunities. So if you are planning development, we would love to hear from you.
